The project involves expanding an existing modernist semi-detached house with a new, triangular-plan volume. Featuring large expanses of glass and an angled wall, this new section opens up completely toward the garden and a beautiful orchard. It houses the living area—a shared space for the residents—where this new orientation allows them to enjoy the view and remain in close proximity to their favorite spot: the garden. A “green” facade and climbing plants that envelop the terrace structure are intended to bring the house and the garden even closer together.
