The entire property, located on a hill, on Gim Lake, is covered with wild pine forest.
The varied terrain and the unique character of the pine forest, the sleek trunk and crowns located high above ground level, open up the view towards the lake.
Out of this was born the idea of a design on high “legs” so that the houses themselves are located in the treetops.
Suspended among the needles and leaves of the forest, they give the feeling of a cozy shelter, like a bird’s nest.
