ARCHITEKCI is a design group created as a continuation of NIESFORMA architectural studio, founded in 2010 by Małgorzata Siekanko and Paulina Wielgosz-Konewka. In the year 2014 Marta Sękowska-Kulińska joined the team.
MAŁGORZATA SIEKANKO:

She is a master in urban planning and architecture. In 2001 she received a double diploma from the Department of Spatial Planning Architecture at the Poznan University of Technology and in the Netherlands at Hogeschool Brabant. In 2009 she completed postgraduate studies in Architecture and Urban Planning of European Cities and Metropolis, EMU-European Master of Urban Design TuDelft in the Netherlands.
She has been practicing in the profession since 2001. She worked in renowned Dutch and Polish studios: Westerburgen & Raurell in Tilburg, Maccreanor & Lavington in Rotterdam and Mariusz Wrzeszcz Architecture in Poznań.
She won awards in architectural and design competitions, among others: 1st degree award for the InfoMedia project in the 20th edition of the Architect Władysław Czarnecki for the best student project of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, 3rd prize for the architectural and urban planning concept of the square “Wiosny Ludów” in Poznań, the distinction for the conceptual design of the area of Święty Marcin street in the Poznań, in Poland.
Between 2006 and 2008, she conducted geo-cultural comparative research as a member of an interdisciplinary research team in the Netherlands and Australia – Het Maakbare Land – Internationale Uitwisseling – The Artificial Land – International. He is a member of the Wielkopolska Chamber of Architects.
In TEŻ ARHITEKCI she is the master designer. She is also responsible for executive coordination and investment supervision.
PAULINA WIELGOSZ-KONEWKA:

She is a master in architecture and engineering. In 2001 she received a double diploma from the Department of Spatial Planning Architecture at the Poznań University of Technology and in the Netherlands at Hogeschool Brabant.
Has been practicing in the profession since 2001. She worked in renowned Dutch and Polish studios: Westerburgen & Raurell in Tilburg, Krzysztof Żółtowski architectural studio in Poznań, and Proiectum in Poznań.
She won awards in architectural and design competitions, among others: 3rd prize for the architectural – urban concept of the development of the square “Wiosny Ludów” in Poznań, distinction for the conceptual design of the area of Święty Marcin street in Poznań, in Poland.
In TEŻ ARHITEKCI she is also responsible for the design, documentation and compliance with construction, law, executive coordination and investment supervision, she coordinate official processes of the projects.
MARTA SĘKOWSKA-KULIŃSKA:

She is a master of Philosophy and designer. She graduated Philosophy with a specialization in social communication at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her master’s thesis was written in the department of aesthetics on “Architecture and the context of meanings”.
Between 2008 and 2009, in the conservation studio of Exceptional Things, she collaborated on the design and implementation of wooden stylized ceiling located in the old tenement house in Poznań.
In TEŻ ARCHITEKCI she specializes in architecture, interior design, furniture and visual identification systems.
